Flexibility and Overtime Among Hourly and Salaried Workers: When You Have Little Flexibility, You Have Little To Lose | 10:00 am, September 30, 2014
Proposals to raise the salary threshold below which salaried workers automatically get overtime pay for overtime worked have raised concerns that salaried workers in the affected pay brackets would lose flexibilities at work that they currently have. Analysis of data from the General Social Survey shows these fears are unfounded.
